E&E locking shot pins provide a positive safe solution to zero stored energy requirements on manually loaded assembly fixtures and flexible assembly pallets.

Features

• Directly replaces a standard shot pin with no additional value required.
• Provides extend/retract sensing for lock pin cylinder and shot pin cylinder.
• Provides easy manual override.
• Rigid coupler only – Strokes 25mm, 50mm and 75mm.

Applications

• Zero stored energy fixtures where there is no air pressure during manual load and unload.
• Flexible pallets where there is no air pressure during the assembly process.  Pallets must be certified without air pressure.  Working load capacity is 500lbf on lock pin.
• EOAT linear part security locks with easy manual release.
